Sure is supposed to be there, among others. that is the air box drain, good to see that the OEM plug is still there. I would check to see if it is still connected to the air box. The one on my post 600 was in the right place but a bit longer than other drain tubes. When I went to check the condition of the air filter I found that it was not connected to the air box and just looked longer than the others because it had fallen down a couple inches.
