Anyone installed a BALES oil filter fitting

After reading some of the oil filter reviews in other posts, I came across this item from a company called Bales Technical Service. Basically it is a replacement oil filter threaded nipple with different than stock threads. This will allow the use of more common spin-on oil filters which are claimed to be better and less expensive than the Suzuki oil filter. Has anyone installed or use one of these adapters.

Their adapter changes the oil filter thread from 20 x 1.0mm to 20 x 1.5mm
