Can I save my fuel tank?

Hey everyone, been a while since I've been here. Doubtful anyone remembers me, but I've started my project back up.

So I'm on to the gas tank now, it has a decent sized dent on the back and on the bottom where the fuel level sensor is mounted I can remove all but one bolt. the last one just spins forever what can I do to remove it?

figured I'd ask before I just took a dremel to it or something.

if i dremel the head off how do i get the rest of the bolt out without having to retap it?

Cut the head off dremel a slot into the top of the threads and screw it inwards If the threads in the tank are still usable.
