They did coat the fill neck. Just missed a few spots. You can see the tank sealer on the fill neck like right on the edge before going into the large open cavity of the tank itself. It's hard to explain so a pic might work better. I just don't want to hijack his thread.
Also after the rust remover which I know how it works what do you coat it with after to prevent rust again? Reason is that most paints even gas resistant cant hold up that well in a gas tank. And can any rust remover be used? Instead of naval jelly?
