Well, I'm very happy to report I got the bike running today.
It was something silly, my friend helping me took the side plastics off, and there was a red circuit breaker button it seemed which clicked back down. Also hooked the bike up to some jumper cables on a car, and There was was.. the sweet sound of my engine turning over..
Very happy!! thank you guys for all your help.
On to my next step, which is to learn how to take the carbs apart and clean them, and do all the maintenance check to get the bike on the road!
