Rebuilt carbs + new plugs == Happiness!


I'd ridden most of last year with some crap going on in the carbs due to a bad tank of gas. I had almost forgotten how this bike SHOULD ride!

- No more surging/bogging
- No more popping on decel
- No more "hanging" rpm's
- Holds speeds much nicer
- Whole thing just has a smooth power to it now
- Runs on all 4 cylinders all of the time now

Although it was a a bit of a shorter test ride than I had hoped. After topping up the oil, I made a rookie move and left the oil filler cap on the garage floor.

1/2 litre of oil on my pants and boots later, i figured I should head back to the stable :P

Oh well - with the bike running as well as it is ad the end of the day, I can't get too worked up over oil-soaked riding gear

I got oil on my rear tire once... On the Cherahola skyway actually. Lucky I noticed or it would have been off the side the mountain for me I'm sure!
