What is my bike worth??

Ok, so I am thinking of selling my bike to buy something else, but i am not sure what it is worth...

It is an 02 katana 600 15k miles, some rash on both sides from previous owner. I have added:

New chain (at 13k miles)
New sprockets (at 13k miles)
New tires (at 13k miles)
Blue front signals
led rear signals
shovel chop
GSXF decals

Any thoughts?

What someone is willing to pay for it. if a millionaire gave u $50,000 for it, ur bike would be worth $50,000. if someone only gave you $2,100 for it, then its worth $2,100

NADA low retail is $1,500 high is $2,100. In the Houston area the 600's are listed in the low $2K range

KBB is $2400 retail, $1650 trade in. I don't know the market in your area, here you'd be able to get $2200 easy if it's in good shape. I know you said there's some rash which will hurt the value a little but don't let someone low ball you on it.
