  • What's a Solo Cowl worth???

NOTE: this is not a for sale ad, I am just looking to get an estimated value of this part.

I have a solo cowl off my pre 600 kat, which I will be selling along with my other un-reused parts. The other parts I can gauge what they are worth from ebay, but I'm kinda lost for what it is worth. I don't know if it is OEM, or aftermarket. It has no visible stamps in it of anykind, even on the inside. It has the mounting hardware and pad (recovered in black marine grade vinyl), including the rubber grommets for the pad mount.
It was originally red, but is rattle canned black.

I know they are fairly rare, and have seen ones without the pads go for $150.

What do you guys think is a fair selling price?

    Thanks,
    Brian

Is there still a hand in that glove?

You'd probably sell it fast at around $80-$90...

        thats a oem solo cowl

i would list it at $100

a couple years ago it would have fetched a pretty penny, the most i ever sold a oem solo cowl was for $420 in july 08, but the last 2 years the demand has dropped for them or at least the price people are willing to pay has dropped.
