Well this weekend I grinded the manifold, adjusted the valves, replaced plugs, and shimmed the carburators. I also set my a/f srews about 1.5 turns out...they were originally seated all the way down.
I haven't driven the bike much but the buzz feels significantly better. After I put on my slip on exhaust it got really bad, but feels great now. The idle took a little tinkering with to get right afterwards but I think it is good now.
