Totally hypothetically speaking, if you were struck by IRS-fuelled Sudden Motorcycle Acquisition Syndrome (SMAS) and found the following two bikes within your price range, which would you get and why?
1997 Bandit 1200S: 18,000 or so miles, Corbin seat, exhaust, Corbin seat, jet kit, Corbin seat, taller windshield... Asking price $2000.00
2001 Bandit 600S: 10,000 or so miles, needs new front tire and new battery. Asking price $2200.00
All, absolutely theoretical of course...
And of course, the person theoretically buying this bike would most likely keep the 1993 Katana 600 they already hypothetically own...
