    Has anyone used these? http://www.dynaplug.com/

I'm wondering if it might be better to carry a set of these instead of the regular plugs I carry and replace yearly...

The glue can dry out in the tube...so I always get a new kit.

Those look like they would be a lot easier than the old style plugs. I always hate having to fight to get the old plugs into the groove in the tool, then trying to push a doubled up plug in a hole sucks too. Also looks like that new plug style doesn't require reaming the original hole, meaning less chance for a leak or plug failure.

Yeah John. No reaming, and apparently you can use multiple plugs if required.

I like it! I generally think path/plug combinations are best, but for roadside repairs this looks like a good bet. Good find.

Never used that style before, I have a actual gun the shoots in plugs similiar to that. They work really well because they expand inside the tire. I Bought my setup at Napa for $80.

Why not just pick up new glue? Although I must note, that I have never had the glue dry up unless it had been opened.

I use the Stop and Go setup, well I carry the Stop and Go. I've never had the need to use it. *Knock on wood.*

                Just because they sound the same doesn't mean they are: there≠their≠they're; to≠too≠two; its≠it's; your≠you're; know≠no; brake≠break

The glue costs just as much as a new kit usually

I've never had a problem with the standard radial tire plugs drying out. Do you keep them in their original package, between the two sheeets of plastic? Never had to use glue on them either - just used the reamer, and then inserted the plug.

I've read that they can, not that they do. Better safe than sorry. A plug kit is cheap insurance.
