I made one for my 88 1100. Fits into the stock slot, and uses the stock red lens.

the light is programmable and has 23 columns of LED's from edge to edge. Hyperbright LED's so i had to dim them- my dad drove behind me one day and said my signal nearly made him crash.

I have one on my 06 Kat...love it...don't know about the brightness or anything, but it looks good enough for me.

hey thats pretty neat for the bumble bee stinger tail ight , if ya get it make sure and show it off , also i think somosne on this forum biult similar ones , not sure who if it was though or someone else , think marc told me b4 so cant ask him .

I would be afraid that when the brake lights were on, that it would hinder the visibility of the blinker. Other than that, I like it a lot!

I'd skip wiring the blinkers in. Not noticeable enough. I was looking at getting that particular tail though. It's the best looking crystal clear led tail i've seen yet.

What wouldn't and why not? I've had some difficulty finding exact laws pertaining to LED's, turn signals and brake lights in Cali. Considering I also live here that's a little annoying.
