Interchangeable parts

I just have two question.

Is the 98-06 Kats have all interchangeable parts? I know probably some of the electronics are not but what parts are and what parts are not interchangeable?

I think the 03-06 front wheel is different. I remember another member, Stinger02, bought an 03 front wheel for his 02, and it wouldn't work.
