not really fan of ABS, I fell it should be up to me if I wanna lock my tires or not. but whatcha gonna do! I've never actually locked the tires on my bike. in my pickup, only kicked on my ABS once in the snow ... just to see what it would do.

I'm paying a little over $150/yr for full coverage on the Sprint.

I like the sounds of that. That's what I'm paying for my 2000 Kat 600 for full coverage.

My only complaint with ABS being a required feature is that the price of bikes is going to increase. There are several models with ABS available today and if you look at the price for those with vs. those without (same model) the ABS equipped are usually $800 to $1,500 more expensive.

That and to me, it seems like they'll be more squids who won't bother to learn how to brake properly.
