If you're feeling that your suspension is lacking then it's time to start upgrading it. RaceTech cartridge emulators, proper weight fork springs, and a new adjustable shock.

I also plan on it since most of central Ohio is straight road farm land with some sweepers. I am about 1 1/2 hours away from Mid Ohio raceway.TDA Racing/Motorsports

I had my '02 Kat on a track last month & was very impressed with what I discovered! Don't get me wrong..... those GSXR's, CBRR's & R1's were blowing past me like there was some kind of distortion in the space-time continuum!! But the Kat truly did outperform all of my handling expectations at high speed, she pulled off some tight hairpins and sharp S bends in a manner that I simply wouldn't have believed possible! And I don't think there was a single guy there that didn't look longingly at her comfy seat after a full day in the saddle...... If you really want to get serious about it though ground clearance does become a bit of an issue (i scored a good many scrapes), but if I wanted a ride-on ballistic missile, I would have bought one.Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

Im also doing my sprocket change today too. Im going -1 front +6 in rear. I was originally going ony +6 in the back but after waiting 3weeks for shipping , they sent the -1 instead of the stock size, u am going to try it first instead of sending it back. Local dealer has them for $14 so aint no big deal. So after i do all that i'll run the 1/4." The key to Immortality., is first living a life worth remembering." -St Augustine

I did an 11.7@114mph this past wednesday. I'm hoping that jetting, non-bent exhaust, pod filters, ignition advancer, -1 front sprocket, front end strap, and learn to launch and I should get the 10.99999999 run that I'm after.....Any and all statements by Loudnlow7484 are merely his own opinions, and not necessarily the opinion of Katriders.com. mine has 17k 'true mileage unknown' miles, 112.5 mains, stock air filter, and a V&H supersport exhaust with a completely crushed #3 primary (bottomed it out)Any and all statements by Loudnlow7484 are merely his own opinions, and not necessarily the opinion of Katriders.com. it certainly is too lean. I tried 120's though, and it ran better up top, but the midrange was awful. Didn't have time to play with it, so I just stuck the 112's back in and left it.Any and all statements by Loudnlow7484 are merely his own opinions, and not necessarily the opinion of Katriders.com.
