Title problems ...of course need advice

haha update turns out the owner on the title is currently surving house arrest...my luck right, the guy i bought it from is nowhere to be found.

Anyway with the help of a family friend i found a notary that would do it for me without him present the bike is now registered and insured and I will get the title in the mail in 6-8 weeks ...thanx for all your suggestions guys i appreciate it...
