  • I went out to the garage to start her and the battery was dead from sitting idle for a month. After a little distilled water and a 1/2 hour on the charger, I loaded my wife on the back and we went out for an hour tour.

Felt great to get Kat out on the open road. She's happiest there.

    • Laid her down for the first time. Fortunately, it was just in a parking lot while turning too tight at about 1mph. Delrin frame slider took all the damage.

      • ^ Heh, I did that too. I had only owned my bike for about 15 minutes when I did it. And I didn't have sliders....

            Thanks very much!

I really should ride her more but it's just easier to ride the RF as a daily.

The Kat is something special and is reserved for sunny Sunday rides. Sadly we haven't had many of those this summer...

              • A bunch of stuff!

I ordered a sleek seat cowl from the UK, some paint to match my suzuki blue, and then i topped it off with a Yosh RS-3, ordered on ebay! WOO HOO! I can't wait for all these goodies to come in! Oh and I actually kissed my bike on the gas tank yesterday! Is that weird? LOL

                • Put a new front tire on and got rid of the ever increasing wobble-problem.
Now she is smooth as silk

picked up a rear stand from harbor freight, checked that it fit and took unsightly luggae carrier racks off tail. Cleaned under seat area and found 22 cents
