I put all of the fairings back on it and took it for a ride, which was my first ride this spring.

I got the seat lock off and got the battery kinda charged. I have to go out tomorrow and buy a better charger.

I got my new Conti-Motions mounted today...

Rode down to the BMV to renew my registrations. Only been sitting for about 6 weeks, but was really hard to start. 1 loud afterfire in the exhaust and then it got going and ran great.

So, new registration applied and lubed the clutch cable again (up at the lever). Might have to try a different lube, it seems excessive to have to lube it every other month when I only ride about 500 miles a year...

Installed new rear wheel bearings and went for a ride

New rear tire (pr4) and cleaned the swingarm, greased the rear wheel bearings and hub bearing

bumped into the mirror with my backpack. sat on it to realign the mirror. decided to ride it to work instead of driving the truck. got home and scheduled an appt. for new tires. Michelin PR4's. 120\70 and 170\60.
