got to truly ride my kat 600 for the first time since it was given to me 4 months ago... it was really a mess and on its way to the dump. she needs paint and tires now but she is better off now such a great bike!!!

Fitted up the Bandit exhaust. Not sealing up at the heads, though. I'll take a look at that tomorrow. Right now there's bourbon to drink.Comment

Took the carbs back off. Went through the whole Carbs 101 procedure to hopefully get rid of some "ghosts"

Rode to work, (reading the forums for 12 hours at work) gonna ride back in the AM. Tomorrow is to start raining for 2 days, to the garage the bike shall go, and much disassembly will commence.

Replaced the front brake pads. Changed the front and rear brake fluid. Attempted to change fuel filter but it wasn't the right size.Comment
