Lookin good man... about the tank though, if it's rusted out inside I'd just trash it and find yourself a used one that's not. Better than fouling your carbs time after time again imo.

to ease your rusty tank problem chuck a length of chain inside it and shake like mad then flush the tank ...

if you want to seal the rust problem and reduce further chances of it leaking you could coat the inside in petseal (or the equivalent over there)

i have to catsh a pic of the guy riding a naked kat around here, he actually has deer horns on the front of it. Kats arent the pretties bike to go naked (in my opinion ) in the first place, But his is downright hideous.

Back on topic, you have alot of wrok cut out for you, The VFR you have is a great steed, if it runs you should really consider rehabbing it also.
