How much would you pay for this??

I have a 96 GSX with a stock exhaust. Found this posting on craigslist.

This guy wants $100 for both pieces.

My question is, what would be a fair price for this? Would any of you ever consider this at all??

guy is 60 miles away from me.

Pipes look REALLY rusty. Would be quite a bit of work to make them look anywhere 1/2 way decent.

what do you guys think?

exactly right. I have the stock exhaust on my bike. This one is most likely a V&H (seller says that he is pretty sure it is V&H)

If not $100....what then? $60? $70? $70 and he gets the pipes closer than 60 miles away from me

I would pay maybe $60 for it..but no way would I pay 100..even if it is a full system, its in horrible shape IMO.

can't afford new...new costs $500

maybe i'll offer him $50 if we meet 1/2 way...odds are that he says no anyway!

my stock exhaust is still good...well...it still works it is also fairly rusty. Though I am in the process of fixing that

you can get a good slip on pipe for 200-250 range thats all i got and it sounds really good still

I wouldn't buy those at all. They're in bad shape.
