That's disgusting.
You couldn't pay me to ride that.
I've seen stock 05''s and 06's go for as much as $1k cheaper.Florida, the only place where you need your windshield wipers and sunglasses. At the same time.

I think you can do better price wise. Really though, is price important when it comes to stuff you really want if it's within some reason ?
after looking on that Garwoodcycles.com website there was other stuff that caught my eye:
Honda: '03 CBR 954RR - 4950, '99 CBR 900RR - 4950
Kawasaki : '00 ZX 9R - 4500
just for giggles
Suzuki: '95 RF 900 - 2950
