To embed YouTube videos, you can use [youtube]Video[/youtube] tags, and for Google videos, use [gvideo]123456790[/gvideo] tags (you can also use a full link instead of video IDs).

Examples:
[youtube]eh3FeT9SYIc[/youtube], where eh3FeT9SYIc is the video ID.

(or you can use the full link, like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eh3FeT9SYIc).

[gvideo]http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6178043709180164205[/gvideo], where 6178043709180164205 is the video ID.

(or you can use the full link, like http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6178043709180164205).
