  • Upgraded to a Busa

Finaly got me a Busa. My poor ole Katana lies in the garage waiting for a new Home. The Hayabusa handles surprisingly well for its weight. Well so does the Katana at 465 Lbs. The Katana seems to have better throttle response than the Busa, that may be due to Ivan's jet kit installed on the Katana or there may just be a problem with the Busa. The Busa is a 2003 model with 10K miles. Time to upgrade the Busa

Congrats on the sweet new ride! I kept my Kat even when I 'upgraded' because it's my 'chill-out' bike. -I don't feel as tempted to wind it out.

                ??????????????????????????

Are you serious? The busa would have better throttle response running on 2 cylidners!!!! Not dogging the kat, but seriously...You may want to get that checked out.

Last time I was on a busa (couple weeks ago) a little blip on the throttle and I went from 40 to 100 in about 2 seconds...

I'm thinking of doing the same. Either going to upgrade to a Hayabusa or a Suzuki TL1000R.
