Hours.. Then after finding KR, About 100hrs more, just about as much on the bike. I did a few mods from getting info from the local dealer, but they are more into the Gxr's and F1's.
After I found KR.. I spent about $750 in teh past week or so. I didn't know I could do soo much to my bike..

      Before KR::]
      Eliminator
      led turn signals, rear
      slip-on
      speed-screen (smoked)
      cruise control

      After KR::
      Sprockets (14/50) RK chain
Ivans Jet kit (ordered next week)
Powder Coated rims (rims off tonight, to PC Monday)
      FREE downloaded manual
misc. items I've researched http://www.katriders.com/forums/search.php here...

....and about 2k more of paint and misc. parts I can't afford

So far I've put in close to 3 maybe 4k into it..?

              This includes:

              b12 motor
dales full exhaust system and stage 2 kit
              hugger/udnertail/cowl
              new chain sprockets
              Frame sliders
              gsxf emblems
and a bunch of other crap I can't think of..

But I think the time I spent on it was the most important thing, I've learned a LOT about my bike since I've had it and that's knowledge I will always have. Even though sometimes it's a PIA to work on, I still love doing it.

Wow, I've still gotta put mine together. I guess I'll be posting to this list in the near future. Anybody know how much a mid pipe would cost, somehow I'm missing the one off of my bike.

the guy i bought it from dumped lots of bucks in:

-chrome:wheels, swingarm, steering stem head, all levers, kickstand, rotors, calipers, grab bar, might be missing something...
                          -full yoshi exhaust
                          -performance carbs
                          -air shifter

i put my money into some stuff he overlooked:
                          -michelin pilots($250)
                          -some good heavy bar ends($20)
                          -new plug wires and boots($20)
and since he layed it over and caused some cosmetic damage i put some money in:
-a new House of Kolor "kandy tangerine" paint job ($450)
-a new right side fairing off ebay ($80)
                          -new windscreen ($60)
                          -chrome tank pad ($16)

I paid $1500 for the bike with some damage, but for about another 800-900 bucks she's looking like a new bike now!!

                            92 750 Kat - $200
                            plugs - can't remember
oil & filter - Free with bike
Brand new Avons - free with bike
                            used motor - $700

That's about it for now... I'd like to get a different tail because I'm not fond of the pre-98 750 Kat's butt end. It's butt ugly IMHO. I do welcome sugestions.
