step 1. back truck up to hill
      step 2. get on bike
step 3. go as fast as you can towards the back of truck and hope youre good with the brakes... wait your serious?!?

For real though, Board, ramp, hill and ramp or board makes it easier and so does two people, take your time and dont get flustered...

I use a tri-fold ramp from Harbor Freight (http://www.harborfreight.com/super-w...amp-90018.html) to get my bike in and out of the shed where I park it and into the bed of a truck when I have had to haul it.

It is a little steep getting it into a truck bed if you are on flat ground. The last couple times that I have had to load and unload the bike I parked the truck with the rear wheels in the drainage ditch in front of my house. That way the bed was a lot closer to the level of the street. Loading is definitely a multi-person job with these ramps. If I had to do it a lot more often I would invest in different set but for now these work well for me.
