not bad at all, bud. I am really anxious to see how this all comes together in the end.

you just made me remember something. my dad has an old home made brake that he used in his shop. I plan on fabricating my own chain guard out of aluminum because I detest the plastic one on my bike.....refering to the V&H project bike. I am going to hunt that up......but I will still have someone else brake the chainguard. I don nott have much experience with aluminum....welding it either.

I can not afford to be scrapping sheets of aluminum. out of curiousity, how much you paying for a sheet like that? probably free from work you lucky mofo. the price of steel here is crazy compared to say a year ago.
I don't have a short temper. I just have a quick reaction to bullshit.

So...after reading Kwebbels post and not being happy with it myself, I drove back down to the shop after dinner and started over. Changed dimensions slightly, repositioned spots for the lights as well as added a spot for the highbeam indicator. Also changed how it will mount up....I like it much better. Now with black paint and the lettering it will look spot on for was I was trying to achieve.

The new dash...(a couple hours later)

Thanks...once it gets paint, labels and some trim rings on the idiot lights, it should look a bit more like this

Glad I told you I didn't like it Matthew , new version looks the way I'm used to see things coming from you bro.
                  Just one question left.
Do you realize the button isn't waterresistant?

Question...why not PC it black or what ever color you want it? Wouldn't it be more durable than paint?? Just a suggestion but it looks fantastic!!
