    Intake cam is the same on both, different x-haust cam though. Timing might be slightly more advanced on Kat for more bottom end grunt

        Yeah, but so are these bikes! My '91 kat 1100 was manufactor'd in 1990, might be older than some of the people on the forum!

          Still plenty of them around though. Much higher survival rate than the Honda Huricane or the Kawasaki 1000RX!!
