Weight of an air-cooled engine?

I have an '88 1100 engine and wondering the approx weight of it?

about 190-200lbs without the starter and altenator. I just shipped one out and it was 254lbs with the crate. The crate was solid and has to be close to 50lbs.

I don't have a short temper. I just have a quick reaction to bullshit.
