The Kat doesn't do one thing great, it just does everything well.
    500 miles runs - not a problem.
Hitting the twisties - can hold it's own.
    "Commuter Extrodinare".
    Very well said Tom !!

The kat is a jack of all trades, master of none; if you want to look at it that way. Everyone has covered this topic well in this thread and we've discussed it many times here in the past. The is a solid all around bike that will treat you well for as long as you take care of it. You respect yourself, your bike, and the road and You & your Kat will have a long happy riding relationship together.

I don't know about the price, but from what I have been told while looking into purchasing a bike is this. Never buy someone else's used gear, unless it is from someone you know and trust. First reason is that it is used. You never know what has happened to it. And the last thing you want is gear that can't protect you. Second reason is the size. You never know if it will fit, and why buy something that you can't use.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking but do you think the bike for the price is a good deal?
