        I gave $3000 for mine , a 2006 and it was the cheapest around this area for the condition it was in and it has cost me about $1000 more to get it back into like new shape(with a few mods) I'd say it is a fair price for a bike that isn't going to have the previous owner problems..like missing bolts, half assed modifications, scratches and whatnot.
