That's not an airport. That is a military base. Could be NAS Moffet but I don't think so.
Ironic that you should mention me, since I am actually working on a project where I can mount a surfboard to the side of my bike, the same way that some surfers mount their board to their bicycle. I have actually carried golf clubs on my motorcycle in a smiliar fashion as that guy.
