Anyone have a camera mount on their Kat?? If so where have you mounted it?

    Pics would be great.

I have no pics as of yet, but I have an HD drift. I have mounted it to the front fork, also tried it on my frame slider as well as tried the helmet mount. All work very well.

I just received a Fuji bullet cam, I am going to try and mount this one some where on the back of the bike.

You can get some really cool camera angles if you use one of those rods to mount the camera out from the bike a ways. I believe Steve has his rear drift mounted on a short stalk. But I know a guy that mount his on the rear of his Busa on and the front with some great results.

BTW if your gonna be doing spirited riding and posting them online you may want to not show the spedo.

I have the Drift HD. Very happy with it. I have a helmet mount and a mount point on the fairing.

By a total stroke of luck I managed to mount the fairing point at the same angle as the helmet mount so I don't have to adjust the lens rotation when moving the camera.

Unfortunately there is a lot of fairing showing as the pic will show, but it is where trial and error found to be the most forward pointing view for the camera.

I have the Drift HD 720 and had it taped to my helmet during a highway speed crash. Found the camera and it was still recording even after flipping and sliding on my head on about 4 spots. camera still works... bought mine used and thing works great. I would def get another one if I needed too.

I like helmet mounts/perspective or side fairing perspective but thats just me.

            heres a night vid

I mount my gopro to the front of my helmet, suction cup on the side of the main fairing, and I have a sticky mount on the swingarm. My Drift HD I have mounted on the side of the front fender.

I have a helmet mount as well as a suction cup mount for my Drift HD. I can use the suction cup mount in various locations on the bike to get different angles.
