Upload Failed?

Any idea why it keeps saying "upload failed"? and is there any better alternatives anyone would suggest?

Trying to upload pictures of my FINALLY finished and running Kat, Thought some would like to see what they have been helping me on for the past month.

I host my pics in photobucket. what you do is upload them to photobucket.com and then ppost the IMG link from there...

Yeah i know, i was just hoping i could upload them off the site, rather than go through Photobucket.

You need to resize the imagine (I used Paint) to make it small enough to upload. I believe the max size it can be is shown when you get to the upload page.

Is it your own site? Does it allow direct linking?
