  • What is this bike?

My dad does some cool stuff for me with my bike, he won't admitt it but I think he is kinda proud his daughter has a bike. This pic was something he did for me with a pic of him and my mom both on my bike, with the suzuki logo and all.

I wanted to do something for xmas for him with his old bike and am trying to find out what it is, I know its a Suzuki.
Here is the pic, kinda small but hoping someone may know...

enlarging is easy, I was hoping for a higher res one so beable to zoom in a bit.

Do you happen to know what year the pic was taken?

Flipping through my History of Fast Motorcycles book , that pic looks REALLLLY close to a T500 (from what I can tell) . Wish I could scan a pic to show you . You say you're pretty sure it's a Zuki , right ? from the book : It's a late 60's early 70's era bike , parallel twin . There was also it's predecessor , a T20 Super Six , a two-stroke twin out a year earlier than the T500 . Think this might be the right ballpark ?

Yeah , I think you got it . The one I posted looks to have a slightly larger engine , and doesn't have the tank pad deal . Alright , you win !

Yup I think Katman and Thom have it...

Same seat, chain cover, instuments, side covers.
The pics Thom posted are from a different year.
Katman's looks like the same year.
Only difference I can see is that your Dads's
seems to have chrome side covers and an additional
                      grab rail..

                      Good detective work guys!

Didn't think this would be so fun eh?
Thank you all so much for your help.
I am trying to get a higher res pic. but I think you got it with the S32S 2. The year seems right as well, he had it when he was in England and Africa.

Wish the Zuk in the ebay auction was closer, I would buy it for him

GREAT work boys, and thank you again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no Bobkat...note the triangular tank insert...it is a Zook

does look like a BSA...that was when Brit bikes ruled....Jap bikes were poor copies (underpowered)
