OH YEAAH!!!!

So after lowsiding a couple months back, I decided to give the entire bike a facelift.

This is what it used to look like...



Not bad, but she got some more scuffs when she went down. Bent some footpegs and trashed the barends and sliders.

This is what she looks like now...





Still gots my Dragon sticker!!!




like my custom made wheel stripes?? LOL!!!


And of course...had to get a new lid.


Not too bad for a bike with 22k + miles!

I love the 2 CTs. they are more of a street/track tire than a sport tour. The Road 2's are for that.

I had some Bridgestone BT-021's on there and got nearly 8000 out of them before the lowside. If the rear wheel hadn't bent and screwed up the tire, I probably would have gotten another 6-8000 out of them. I put them on for the trip out to the rally last year. Great wear, but a little slow in the turn in, stick pretty well too, but nothing like the Michelins.

Around here, I run the 2Ct's. I don't have a problem with flatspotting, but have seen some that get pretty flat. I ride the twisties almost every weekend so they never really get a chance to flatten out.
