Help, Can't View

Instead of a pic or video all I get is a small box with a circle,square and triangle inside. I don't think that this happened as much before. Did I change a setting or do something else with out realizing it? If someone can help me I sure would appreciate it. Thanks.

There are some filtering systems that block out pics. My laptop at home picks them all up and displays them, but the one at work either gives me the small square with the red x, or nothing at all.

right click on the graphic that you see and click view image see if that works

Sorry for not being clear. I am talking about pics and videos in posts. If I right click there is only a view source (not view picture) and it is text.
