  • ACH last Sunday..56K Beware!

So we met up Sunday morning at Hwy 14 and Hwy2 just outside of Palmdale. That's my buddy Ed and his R1, my F4I, Bob's many-time nominated flamed Pre, and his buddy Brad's Beemer.
Moments after this shot was taken, we met up with two more of bob's freinds. One on a Vulcan 1300 and another Beemer.
Not five seconds after we all took off, Ed and I got pulled over by a Chippy in a Mustang! It was cool though, as he was just warning us of the motor cop on ACH. He wished us a safe ride, and let us go! Yeah!

We were rewarded with a gorgeous ride through the Southern California mountains. And when we got to Newcomb's cafe, it was PACKED! There must have been about 100 bikes out front. Sweet!

We met up with Dennis and Linda Wilson, datru and BlackKatJoe. They had gotten there before us and left before we could get a group shot. (Someday we will actually RIDE together Dennis! LOL)

Here's our table. That's Brad's son Austin at the head of the table. Nice Kid!

What a good time! Sorry there aren't more pics, but we were havin' too much fun riding!

      Nice Pics Doc!
I'm looking at the parking lot photo, and seeing ...'hey that's my bike' ...'hey, who's that hovering over it!?'

We really do need to ride sometime...I'm looking into a ride out to Ojai in the near future, maybe then?

Wow, the group of bikes at Newcombs reminds me of the groups they used to get at the Rock Store up on Mulholland when I lived down there. Great stuff.
