  • A couple of pics from yesterdays ride

Put in about 425 miles total. Got a few pics my friend took of the wife and I.

Here's a group shot of the bikes that went along.

All in all it was a great ride, with great company. Roads were good for the most part, with very little gravel or rocks to cause problems. Had a few short stints of rain, but not enough to ruin the ride.

lol that was only a 50 yard detour around a bridge that was being worked on, however about 3 miles before that there was 1 rock in the middle of our lane, which caused a rider on a '07 GSXR750 to tap his brakes by mistake mid turn, causing him to go wide into the gravel shoulder which led to a 10mph lowside. Luckily he had crash bars, and full gear so no real damage other than his pride (20' later and the bike most likely would have went for a long tumbling ride down a long steep hill).

I'd call that better then the road to my house. Sounds like a great ride.
Where ever, whenever I go for a ride, may I be joined by friends that have died.

RIP Cyber Poet, watch over us all Marc
