1994 kat pics

This is my 1994 kat. I completely rebuilt it and powder coated frame, swingarm, triple clamp, fork lowers and much of the brackets. What was not power coated was nickel plated. All the fasteners are stainless or powder coated. The bike has been lowered 2 inches and ready to ride. located in NC.
Below are things new:
*Rebuilt forks (new sliders, bushings, seals, dust cover, fork oil)
*Lower fork tubes, triple clamp, Swing arm, FRAME and associated mounts are all powder coated black. Some of the small brackets were nickel plated
*New grips
*New neck bearings
*New wheel bearings
*New tires
*New swing arm bearings
*New chain
*New windscreen
*New mirrors
*New intake o-rings
*Inside of tank coated
*New paint
*All fasteners were nickel plated or replaced with stainless steel
*New air filters
*New Battery
* 4 into 1 header from a 2006
*Coils and wires from a 2006
*New spark plugs
* Shock cushion from a post 1998
*Rear lowering kit
*New front brake pads

couple questions about bike

i have a 95 600 kat that i have redopne and modified alot of things to. i was looking inot lowering the front 1.5". how did u lower your front and did u notice a huge difference? also i am looking at purchasing the 98 4-1 header. did u have to re synch ur carbs or jet them? and how loud is ur bike with just the tip on it? its a clean sleek look. bike looks great aswell.
