      I love how he says it in a reassuring tone of voice. "the rider ended up in the hospital with a broken leg, he WAS wearing his seat belt."
      Like it's important for him as a newscaster to emphasize the importance of seatbelts at all times, even imaginary ones.
      "Screaming Eagle" = Harley dealer code for "Easily parts with money, and equates noise with performance."

        So , he was speeding , and he was wearing his seatbelt . Um ........ I don't really know what to say at this point .

                      Maybe he routed his belt under the seat, then clipped it in, we weren't there, we don't have all the facts.

                              maybe it was an old bike that had a belt to keep the seat down or maybe news man is a moron you pick lol
