I was going to do all polished wheels but I have decided to go with black wheels and polished lips, shoot, I'm gonna have Marc do it, he's gonna be powder coating the clear any way.

Looks great! Ill have to do my new Kat rear wheel like that. Had both of my original GS wheels done but now that I have the wider kat wheel Ill have to hook it up!

You stripped the whole rim, you only polished the lips!!

I ended up doing the same to my wheels.

Left is just the lips stripped and polished, right is all stripped.

polishing up those lips makes a huge difference. Can see it will have to been on the list of things to do.

I have a question, what do you do about the weights on the wheels? Do you leave them on or remove them to have them balanced later on? Maybe that is two questions. I really like that look and want to do it too.
