  • My Katana - sneak peek

No, she's not back together yet, but the build is progressing quickly now !! Here's a pick of some of my work. Just a sample of what the future holds for my bike. The starter clutch cover is not a nice as I was hoping for, but not bad at all considering it was rashed, cracked and repaired. (as seen by the spots on the bottom)

It's stock for 2000, so I would imagine stock for 98+ I have no idea about the pre 98s

            Awesome looking.

Has anyone ever polished the engine on a Kat? I've always wanted to know what it would look like.

I want to see a polished Inline-4 Performance engine.. All the damn V-Twins are chromed out, why not an I-4? I think they can be good looking engines for show if someone wanted to.

We're too busy riding our bikes to worry about how they look

the blue against the polished lips of the wheel compliment each other beautifully! from what we can see here, your attention to detail is outstanding!

Nope, just got a little happy with the pearl, so when the light hits it it looks lighter in colour than it really is. It's Chrysler midnight blue pearl and I threw some ghost pearl in the clear - don't think I'll put so much pearl in the clear for the fairings as it really lightens up the colour out in the sun.

I like the contrast between the blue and the polished metal

                            Keep up the work….
