Saddle Bags

Fred asked me awhile back to take some pics of my saddle bags so I decided to throw them on the Kat and post a few pics for everyone. They are Gears saddle bags and the expand to twice this size, come with rain covers, bungie cods, extra tie downs,and straps to turn it into a duffle bag after a long days ride. Sorry there is no side pics due to the reflective trim blinding the shot There are also three straps to go across the top so I always put 2 under the seat so that I know the bags are locked when I'm not around and the third across the top.

Im installing flush mount rear blinkers but the bags do fit with the stock blinkers on the Kat.

Nice! Do you get any wear along the rear where the bags sit?

I always lay a tawel between the bags and paint and haven't had any isses.
