        Hold on, here. More going on than you folks may have caught. The dark car he was passing started to pass the white car in front of the line.

            And the guy who crashed was being chased by the Law. Car probably didn't see the bike and the bike was too busy trying to evade that wait that extra second to make sure it was safe to pass. AND on a road that busy you don't ever try to pass more than one car at a time.
