  • Helmet Cameras

    Hey guys,

Does anyone own a helmet camera?

I'm considering buying one but there are a few different options that seem popular, wondering if anyone can share their experiences with their camera or tell me what made you choose the one you bought.

    Thanks!

I have a on bike camera consist of a panavise suction mount and a kodak zxd pocket HD video camera. (my old setup was with canon digital camera which was too heavy and causes too much vibration) gopro still remains the most popular helmet cam setup.

here's a video from my old setup

I have a Gopro Hero Wide
        I love it,
the new HD gopros are even better with the battery pack instead of the AAA batteries.

GoPro HD for me. I've used the suction cup mount as well as the clip mounts to various places. I prefer the suction cup mount as it doesn't rattle as much and for the helmet, there is no permanent attachment to cause additional wind noise.
