      The one I just got states a helmut was tested and meets snell requirements.

        Well a lot of heltmets meet Snell, but helmets still vary when it comes to features, wind noise, comfort, the durability of the hardware (visor lock pin, vents)

          my old helmet was also a fulmer and ive had it since 2004 it was just time to upgrade this one seems pretty quiet and comfortable to wear.
