    No problems with fitting the headsets. I pulled out the cheek pad in each helmet and put the speaker in a pocket toward the top of the cheek pad and ran the mike boom behind the cheek pad toward the front of the helmet. The mike ended up right at the end of the cheek pad. I ran the wire down behind the cheek pad as well and around toward the back of the helmet. Took about 5 minutes. I clipped the intercom to the harness we use so that my son could adjust the volume.

    Cool stuff, that.

      I'll probibly keep the unit in the tank bag..
      My son can't be trusted with volume controls

        Update:
        Rode using the intercom this morning..
        The boy loved it.. I loved it too.
        I couldn't get the ear piece comfortable though.
        That will need some work.
        I also enjoyed listening to the radio on the way to work.
