Anyone try the new Icon Tarmac mesh jacket?

Does it have adequate armor in the shoulders and elbows?

I have one, hopefully will never need to test the armor in it. Armor in the shoulders and elbows are CE approved I believe, but the back pad is lackluster, I also wear a field armor spine protector with it.
