My wife had her first little accident yesterday on her Kat. He was coming to a stop and lost her balance causing her to fall over. Her head hit the ground when she went down and got her leg caught under the bike. I happy to say the because of her gear, she got up without a scratch. She was wearing a KBC TK-8 helmet, Joe Rocket textile/leather jacket, Alpine stars stella boots, and alpine stars sp-3 leather gloves. She now understands why it is important not only to buy good gear, but to wear it.
